I’m getting calls fairly regularly now about when we will start taking members.

Soon is really the only answer I can give. I didn’t want to rush to open only to have to make multiple changes to the operations of the facility.

I think we have most of the kinks ironed out.

All of our Russian Kettlebells have been delivered (Big Thanks to Dragon Door . com) we just have to lay the mats down.

I will have a couple post in the upcoming days regarding how the enrollment process is going to work.

We are not your typical fitness facility.

We pride ourselves on getting our member results, not making membership quotas.

We pride ourselves on proper instruction, not handing you a towel and saying, “Have at it!”

We believe proper form and technique are part of the workout, not to be sacrificed for a faster time, more reps or weight lifted. Let’s be real, if your form sucks, what are you really getting out of the movement?

Speaking of movement.

We believe the body is meant to be trained through movements, not as a bunch of collective muscle groups. This will make more sense as you become more involved in our program. As a result when confronted with the question, “What does this work?” The only answer you will get is, “Everything”

Because of the above beliefs, we will have a process by which all new members will be taught what we will call our “Exercise Index”. This will include 10-15 movements, the ones we most commonly use, in a series of two workshops (free with tuition) to get you up to speed and show you what we expect, and how you can get the most out of the workouts.

Why? Why go through so much trouble? Why not just throw a newbie into the group workouts?

Because.

It’s bad taste, it’s poor form, and it’s not professional.

We can’t just let a newbie to our way of doing things just jump in. They will be lost, they will probably have poor form, and they won;t have fun. Most of all it’ll compromise their results.

I will write more on this in the next couple of days. I hope this makes sense so far. Let me know…

So here we are, getting to our launch date and time to getthe facility ready to go.

Here’s a quick glimpse of where we started. I’ll shoot more footage as we go so everyone can see the progress.

If you’ve read the “What We Do” article, you should have pretty good feel for what it is we provide.

We provide Boot Camp type Fitness Programs, GUARANTEED to get results.

For a limited time we will be offering a few time slots for one-on-one training, but once they’re full, they’re full. To be noted, the one-on-one is premium service. By using a multitude of fitness tools and techniques such as Kettlebells, Barbell Exercises, Body Weight Exercises and even Medicine Balls, we guarantee you’ll never get bored and more important we guarantee results.

In a nutshell…

We provide a very unique Fitness Coaching service.

In fact, it’s not for everybody.

It revolves around something that, for some reason has been taken out of most fitness programs. As a result the vast majority of program being touted by the “experts” are useless and nothing more than a money grab.

These programs promise results, practically overnight, with little to no work by the participant.

“Get flat abs in 3 minutes a day”…then they trot out some fitness model who swears they built their body with new product or system.

Yeah, good luck with that.

I’ve been in the fitness industry over ten years now. I can tell you the only thing that works is a solid program built on fundamental exercises, good ol’ fashioned hard work and consistency.

And that is what we provide.

Well, actually we only provide the first thing.
