What are Russian Kettlebells?
The easiest way to explain a kettlebell is to picture a cannonball or a bowling ball with a handle. because the center of mass is below the place you grip the Kettlebell it gives the Kettlebell some very unique characteristics and advantages over many other pieces of gym equipment.
Why do we train with Kettlebells?
Because they deliver extreme all-round fitness. And no single other tool does it better. While we agree if you only had a set of kettlebells you could get into serious shape, and while kettlebells and their exercises are mainstays in most of our programs, we feel they really complement the other tools we use.
We’ve seen Russian Kettlebells both melt fat like butter and build sleek athletic physiques. It’s almost as if the kettlebell knows what your body needs.
Kettlebells are truly a tool that builds all three legs of the the fitness tri-pod; strength, endurance and flexibility.
