Q: What is The Metabolic Overdrive Fitness Program anyway?
A: The Metabolic Overdrive Fitness Program is a group personal training program that includes top notch fitness instruction and cutting edge training techniques all designed by International Best Selling Fitness Author and USA Today Featured World Fitness Elite Trainer of the Year, BJ Bliffert, to get you in the best shape of your life and melt nasty unwanted body fat. This is not another silly run of the mill bootcamp.
Q: What types of people go to camp?
A: This is a good question, most are people just like you. But, my program is not for everyone, and I’m OK with that. Not everyone is as motivated as you are when it comes to FINALLY losing their love handles. We strive to build a strong, supportive sense of community with in our facility. We love to work with only serious, motivated people.
Q: How do I join The Metabolic Overdrive Fitness Program in Frisco?
A: Unlike a Boot Camp where you can just show up, everyone interested in joining my program must come to a FREE Fitness Consultation. At the Fitness Consultation we cover everything involved in The Metabolic Overdrive Program, conduct a Movement Assessment and go over some Nutrition Basics.
If we have a good fit…we will invite you to join our community. If you’re unsure, you can try the program for 2 weeks on me!
Q: What if I’m not very physically fit?
A: No participant will be asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. It would be extremely irresponsible for us to do otherwise. In fact all of our training sessions include 3 levels of difficultly, and as Fitness Professionals we can make adjustments according to your needs if we have to.
Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend The Full Throttle Boot Camp and achieve incredible results.
Remember, everybody has to start somewhere. All of the exercises we do can be modified to your ability.
There may be a rare case where this isn’t the best program for some people in their current state. Those in this situation will be better served to work with us in out Total Body Overhaul Program or in a One-on-one setting.

Q: How often will we meet?
A: Like we said we have built in some flexibility to our schedule and most of our clients attend 3-5 time a week.
Q: What can I expect to achieve?
A: It’s not uncommon to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. We’ve seen an average drop of 3-7 pounds in the first 30 days if you follow and implement the resources we give you.
If you choose not to, it’s really hard to answer that question.
Q: How is this different than the local health club?
A: Full Throttle Athletics is a personalized Fitness Coaching Facility in a group format.
Metabolic Overdrive is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment.
We do NOT subscribe to the do-it-yourself fitness paradigm. These “Health Clubs” are more concerned about membership numbers than you getting more fit.
We are the opposite! We give you all the tools necessary to succeed, you just have to show up and do the work.
Q: How is this different than the typical Fitness Boot Camp in Frisco?
A: I’m not sure where to start. As a Fitness Professional I am really discouraged by what I see going on in these Boot Camps around Frisco.
First and foremost, proper exercise technique and movement patterns should be the basis for any fitness program, keeping you safe and delivering an effective workout is goal #1.
Our goal isn’t to just make you “feel” like you got a good workout and tired. Remember, anyone can make you tired.
Plus, how many bootcamps give you movement assessments, goal setting meetings, nutritional seminars and loads of resources to ensure you’re successful? None, boot camps are about numbers.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a towel, dry clean shoes and a sense of adventure!
Q: How often can I attend?
A: For the best results we suggest that you attend 3-5 days a week.
Q: What does it cost to join?
A: We have a few membership packages to choose from that range from $149 to $299 and up. We ask all members to make at least a 16 week commitment.
Q: Can I pay per workout or just when I come?
A: The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently to get results, right? We’ve found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your membership. The best motivator is knowing that you’re going to have a ton of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another life changing training session!
Q: What else do I need to know?
A: Each session is approx. 45 minutes
Space is strictly limited to 15-25 (depending on time slot) people per class.
All spaces are first come first served.
Q: Will I be sore sometimes?
A: Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer as sore.
These workouts are tough, but not impossible. Everybody works according to their own ability. Our system is so versatile we can easy substitute exercises or use variations of the prescribed exercises to ensure you get the most from every session.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: I’ll extend a 30 Day Conditional Money Back Guarantee. If you follow our plan to a “T” and you don’t get results, I give you a full refund.
Q: How soon will I see results?
A: “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level and how seriously you follow the nutrition guidelines. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes or a pant size or 2 within the first 30 days.
Q: Does the program ever end?
A: The Metabolic Overdrive Fitness Program is a monthly membership based fitness program. Our goal is to help all of our clients reach their initial goals as fast as possible and then transition them to a maintenance program and stay on board for the long haul like 90% of our members have in the past.
After all it’s a lifestyle change and steady weight loss has been shown to be more likely to stick and achieving your initial goal isn’t permission to go back to “the way things were”.
