The truth of the matter is, the neither is better than the other. They strive to accomplish the same thing, just is different environments.
I strive to provide the same type of one-on-one experience you’d receive in a one-on-one training session with a conventional personal trainer.
Because of this very question, I have created The 28 Day Ignition Program
Think of this as a “test the waters program’. You get to both try our Training sessions and learn about our system and how it’s set up so you achieve success.
This allows you to make an informed decision about our program if becoming a client is right for you. After all the best program is the one you’re going to do consistently, right?
Another common question is, “Do I need to get in shape before I join your Program?”
No, absolutely not!
By focusing on hiring the best staff we are able to ensure proper technique is used and proper progressions and regressions for exercises are implemented to “meet people where they’re at” fitness-wise. The exact same thing we do in our premier personal training services.
Each session consists of all the components required to ensure you get better.
