Strength is not about getting big. Strength is about teaching your body to do what you want it to do when you want it to do it. 


Where strength is getting your body to do what you want it to do. Conditioning is getting your body to do that for as long as you want it too. 


Nutrition doesn't need to be complicated or meticulously counted and measured to be effective. just haveing a few eating "habits" that NEED to be done is more beneficial than haveing a list of foods that are "bad"


Community is formed by people like you who have gone through or are going through just what you are going through. they share struggles with you and help make them easier. They celebrate triumphs with you and make them sweeter and longer lasting. 


Accoubntabilityhelps you identify your weaknesses and set goals to try and eleminate those weaknesses. Accountability gets you going when you don't want to go.  


Coaching is what carries you to the next level.If your good a coach can make you great. A coach identifies in you what you can not even see on your own.
