You see, I used to try to hide my imperfections because I felt I needed to portray this perfect picture of fitness and nutrition.  People naturally assume eating healthfully and exercising just comes naturally to me.

The reality is, I’m just like you. I realized that I could have more impact on your life if I were 100% transparent and shared my own struggles.

I want you to see me fail sometimes.

That said, here's who we are not for...

We are NOT a good fit for you if:
